Due to the Demonetization effect, the usage of E-Wallets has been increased drastically in India. As we all know PayTm is one of the most popular E-Wallet app and the number of users have been drastically increased. Moreover the government has also been providing cash prizes for all the transactions done on various cards such as RuPay, UUSD etc to encourage the digital payment system in India.
Not only these, as a part of the Government’s initiative, Digi Dhan Mela has been started in most of the urban areas using which they will be educating people regarding the advantages of cashless transactions. Now talking about the recently launched BHIM app, the size of this app is just around 2MB and it is not going to eat up your FUP!
Once you have installed the app, in the beginning you will be asked to select a mobile number so that the app would automatically send a text message on your mobile and then register your mobile number. Once you have registered your mobile number, you will be asked to set a 4 digit password to access the app. Once you have your password set, now you need to select your bank.

2.Open the app once the installation is completed.

3.Before you go ahead and start using the app, you need to register your mobile number.
4.Once you have registered your mobile number, now you need to set a 4 digit pin and then you need to link your bank account.
5.So now you are done, you have successfully installed BHIM APP and you can now make cashless transactions.
How BHIM APK Works?
Now you have successfully installed BHIM, but you might also be wondering how does the BHIM app works. Let me tell you, firstly all the merchants need to download the Aadhaar cashless merchant app on to their smartphones which is connected to a biometric reader.
Then the process is pretty simple, the customer will simply feed the Aadhaar number on to the app, and then select the specific bank through which he wants the transaction to be done. Now to authenticate your transaction, you just need to scan your finger on the biometric which will be working as the transaction password.

Advantages of BHIM APP:
There are a lot of UPI apps which comes with a cluttered interface, but talking about the BHIM it is a completely frill-free UPI app.
1.You can easily send or request money using the BHIM app.
2.You can easily scan and pay using the QR code.
Creating a UPI on BHIM APK:
When you will install the BHIM app, your UPI is usually your registered mobile number, for example if your registered mobile number is 9505285606, then your UPI address would be 9505285606@upi. But the best thing about BHIM is that you also get an option where you can create or customize your existing UPI address and can change it to your full name or nick name.
Users Having Multiple Bank Accounts:
1.In most of the cases, a user might be having one or more bank accounts.
2.In such situation, you don’t need to panic because you can easily navigate between all your bank accounts.
3.Just head on to the Home screen of your BHIM app and over there, check My Information from where you can easily select your corresponding bank account.
4.Once you have selected your corresponding bank account, you can see all your details such as your existing balance, options to change your pin, or you can also request to see your account balance.
5.To navigate to your other bank accounts, you just need to click on the dots which is on the right side corner.
BHIM Transfer Limits:
Though BHIM has IMPS and all the transactions takes place within seconds, it has got its own transfer limits.
1.Without any doubt BHIM works 365 days round the clock.
2.The minimum amount which can be transferred is Re.1 and the maximum amount which can be transferred is Rs.20,000 per day.
3.But the limit is that, you can only transfer up to Rs.10,000 in a single transaction.
With the help of BHIM app, now you can send and receive money from your family, friends and even from your customers as well just through the mobile number. If you are in need of money, you can collect the money just by sending a reverse payment request.
Now you can check all your transactions, even the bank balance on the go.
3.Custom Payment Address:
In addition to your existing mobile number, you can also create a custom payment address.
To make a payment, you simply just need to scan the QR code. Even the merchants can print easily print their own QR codes without any hassle.
With the help of BHIM you can send Rs.10,000 in a single transaction and Rs.20,000 on a whole within the time span of 24 hours.
